Choosing a setup
Three questions we'll ask you
How wide is the shot?
A wide shot puts the camera farther from the talent, which needs a bigger screen to stay readable.
How many cameras?
Each camera the talent looks into needs its own glass. We link them so the operator runs one script.
Is there an audience?
On stage, speech glass or floor monitors keep the text out of the audience's view.
